If you have a life threatening emergency please call 911.  For all other emergencies, during normal business hours, please call our Elgin office at 847-742-9698 or our Algonquin office at 847-458-0173 and we will provide you with the appropriate medical advice, further instructions, and / or an appointment. 

For after hours emergencies please call our answering service at 847-931-6546 and they will contact the physician on call.  Please provide the number you can be reached at so they can be sure to call you back.

For non-emergency appointments please call our office at 8:30 am or as early as possible so that we can schedule your child’s appointment.
